  • Standard RV hookups. The benefits of a standard RV hook up are "Flip Outs" tiny home can be hooked up to a Standard 30 amp Plug for Power, Standard sewer connections for waste, and a simple water hose hookup for power.

  • Water pressure regulator and Pump. The water pressure regulator regulates the pressure coming from the water source, so you will have just enough pressure to use your Shower, sink, Shower, etc. The water pump pumps water from your freshwater tank, that's 50 Gallons when you don't have a continuous water source.

  • 40-gallon black Water Tank allows you to store sewage below the trailer. It only hooks up to the toilet output below the trailer; for example, it takes about ½ gallon to flush the Toilet. It's a 40-gallon tank; if you're staying in the tiny home full-time, you will have to empty the sewage tank once every 40 days if it is off-grid. If you hook the sewer up, the tanks can be bypassed.

  • 50 Gallon Freshwater Tank Holds the freshwater that pumps to your water outlets.

  • The 50-gallon grey water tank holds the water that comes out of your sink or Shower, not your Toilet.
